I found this figurine of the "Madonna and Child" in a small shop some time ago. Though not an antique, it was beautifully made and the price fit my very meager budget! *** For some reason, Flickr is now substituting the date that my shots are posted to Flickr, for the date that the shot was really taken. This photo was actually taken on 11/15/2011, using a Canon PowerShot A1000-IS. ***Also looks nice on black: press the “L” key on your keyboard to see this photo against a black background***
